Inside EMPHATICaL: Partner Spotlight on BRIGHT

As part of our series “Inside EMPHATICaL”, we’re introducing the organisations making our vision possible. The consortium brings together 21 partners from 11 European countries, covering the entire value chain for technical, environmental, social, and economic innovation.

Continuing our series, we spotlight Bright Renewables, a technology supplier focused on engineering solutions. BRIGHT specialises in methanol production technologies and plays a key role in EMPHATICaL.

In the project, BRIGHT is responsible for the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the e-methanol synthesis unit, forming a central element of the EMPHATICaL pilot.

In addition to their engineering work, BRIGHT will also be conducting a post-analysis of functional parameters, characterising the overall reactor to assess its real-world performance and inform future optimisation.BRIGHT’s combined expertise supports the project’s goal of demonstrating scalable and sustainable e-methanol production.
