The PSE 2027 conference is part of the triennial international conference series on process systems engineering, bringing together researchers, academics and industry professionals from across the field. Since its launch in Kyoto in 1982, the PSE series has provided a platform for advances in computational and systems thinking in chemical engineering, covering areas including modelling, design, control and optimisation of complex systems.
Lucas Poker, Delft University of technology, has submitted the abstract “Flexibility analysis of a mechanical vapour recompression assisted distillation column for e-methanol production”, which includes research carried out within EMPHATICaL. The work examines the flexibility of mechanical vapour recompression assisted distillation for e-methanol production, supporting the project’s work on more energy efficient and flexible separation processes.
